Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of Leather Pattern House (the “Service”), a web application that generates made-to-measure leather patterns (watch straps, card holders, wallets) as printable PDF, SVG and DXF files. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Leather Pattern House produces pattern files from the measurements you enter. Patterns are computed parametrically; the same inputs always produce the same files. You can preview and design for free; producing a downloadable export requires export credits or an active subscription plan, as shown on the pricing page.
2. Accounts
Accounts are provided through our authentication partner (Clerk). You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the checkout, taxes and invoicing. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. License to use generated patterns
Your plan determines how you may use the files you export:
- Personal (Free credits / Hobby): make leather goods for yourself and gifts.
- Small commercial (Maker): sell physical leather goods you make from the patterns.
- Full commercial (Studio): commercial production for a workshop, including client work.
Under every plan you may not resell, share, bundle, publish or redistribute the generated PDF/SVG/DXF files themselves, upload them to marketplaces, or use them to build or train a competing pattern library or generator. The license covers physical goods made from the patterns, not the digital files.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, scrape, overload or attempt to circumvent the Service or its usage limits, and do not use it for unlawful purposes. “Fair-use unlimited” plans cover normal workshop volume, not automated or bulk extraction.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its software and brand are owned by Leather Pattern House. Patterns you generate from your own measurements are yours to use within the license above.
7. Disclaimer & liability
Patterns are provided “as is”. Always print at 100% scale and verify the 50 mm calibration square before cutting leather; we are not liable for wasted material from misprinted scale. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
