Refund & Cancellation Policy
Leather Pattern House sells digital, instantly-delivered pattern files and export credits. Payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited. This policy explains when refunds are available. Nothing here removes any statutory consumer rights you have under your local law.
Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel from the link in your Paddle receipt/customer portal, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- 14-day cooling-off: if you are a consumer in a region with a statutory cooling-off period (e.g. the EU/UK), you may request a full refund within 14 days of a new subscription, provided you have not substantially used it (i.e. not exported a large number of files).
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period has started, but contact us — we review reasonable requests (e.g. an accidental renewal used for nothing).
Export credit packs
- Unused credits from a one-off pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits that have already been spent on an export (the file was generated and made available to download) are non-refundable, because the digital goods were delivered.
Failed or duplicate charges
Charged twice, or charged for something you did not receive? Contact us and we will correct it promptly through Paddle.
How to request a refund
Reply to your Paddle receipt email, or email yakuppekdemir@gmail.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.
