Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Leather Pattern House collects and how it is used. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.
What we collect
- Account data — your email address and name, via our auth provider Clerk, when you sign up.
- Payment data — handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We receive order and subscription status (what you bought, whether it is active) but never your full card details.
- Pattern inputs — the measurements and options you enter, and a record of your exports, so we can deliver files and count export credits.
- Basic usage logs — anonymous event and error logs to keep the Service reliable.
How we use it
To provide the Service (generate and deliver patterns), manage your account and credits, process and support your purchases, and keep the Service secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
- Clerk — authentication (account & login).
- Paddle — payments, tax and invoicing as Merchant of Record.
- Our hosting and database providers, which store the data above on our behalf.
Each processes data under its own privacy policy. Payment card data is handled solely by Paddle.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and security. Payment and auth providers may set their own cookies needed for checkout and login.
Retention
We keep account, project and order records while your account is active and as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account data, subject to records we must retain.
Your rights
